2. Placing an Order 
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been accepted. 

A legally binding contract is formed only when your order has been dispatched. 

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including: 
- Item unavailability 
- Errors in pricing or description 
- Suspected fraudulent activity 

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

3. Pricing and Payment 
All prices are listed in GBP (£). 

- Pixie Dust Emporium is not currently VAT registered 

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before purchase. 

Full payment is required at the time of order.

 

4. Delivery 
We aim to dispatch orders within 7 working days unless otherwise stated (e.g. preorders or event stock). 

 

Personalised items will take upto 14 working days to dispatch once written approval is given on design.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. 

Ownership of goods passes to you once the item has been delivered.


5. Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling Regulations) 
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. 

You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. 

To cancel, please contact us at [your email]. 

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. 

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.



6. Exceptions to Cancellation (IMPORTANT) 
The right to cancel does NOT apply to: 

- Personalised or custom-made items 
- Items made to your specific requirements 
- Products created as part of a preorder or limited-run design 

These items cannot be returned unless faulty.



7. Returns and Refunds 
To be eligible for a return: 
- Items must be unused and in original condition 
- Items must be returned within 14 days of cancellation 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. 

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.



8. Faulty or Damaged Items 
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to goods that are: 
- As described 
- Of satisfactory quality 
- Fit for purpose 

If your item is faulty or damaged: 
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery 
- Provide photos where possible 

You may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.


9. Preorders and Event Stock 
Some items are sold on a preorder basis or created for specific events. 

Estimated dispatch times will be clearly stated at the point of purchase. 

By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and accept extended processing times.


10. Intellectual Property 
All designs, images, and product listings remain the intellectual property of Pixie Dust Emporium and may not be reproduced without permission.


11. Limitation of Liability 
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. 

Nothing in these terms excludes your legal rights under UK consumer law.


12. Changes to These Terms 
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. 

The version in force at the time of your order will apply.


13. Governing Law 
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
